ORAL PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES
Oral communication time: 15 min (including 3 min questions and disscusion).
Plenary lectures: 30 min (including 5 min questions and disscusion, if not indicated otherwise).
Only Power Point presentations 97-2007 or 2010 (or higher versions) (ppt or pptx) and Adobe Acrobat files (pdf) will be accepted. Apple Mac computers will not be provided (however the projector will be suited to connection with Apple laptops). A data projector and laptop (MS Windows 7) will be at your disposal. Should you need to use your own laptop, please inform the technician. Please give your presentation to the technician not later than 15 minutes prior to your assigned lecture time.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES
The poster sessions will take place on Tuesday, September 11 (15.45 - 17.00). The poster stands will be available from Monday, September 10. The participants are encouraged to mount their posters as early as possible. The poster area is located close to the lecture hall.
The materials for mounting posters on the boards will be provided. Each poster will be assigned a number and must be mounted on the appropriately numbered board. Use the number in Abstract book to find the poster board. The poster size is B1, portrait (707 x 1000 mm). In case any assistance is needed please ask the staff at the registration desk.
Please remove your poster before the end of the last Conference day.
